Both time required to reach level 15 in both games is probably the same, maybe Aion is a little slower. Notice that you spend 4 levels just trying to finish the quests for the Krall’s part while in WoW’s dungeon you probably can finish everything in one session in a pick-up group. There are many quests for Krall to make you go back and forth till you’re done which would make  you live a few days doing Krall Quests only (unless you know what you’re doing and grind continuously for long hours to finish the quests with friends).
